Creation of a multipurpose facility, co-financed by the European Union, in the second settlement of the Nueva Mestre locality inaugurated in December 1997 in the presence of a representative of the European Union delegation responsible for Paraguay based in Montevideo. The facility is called “Local Community Gaetano Zorzetto” and is used for short training courses for adults and youth held in collaboration between ASeS and technicians from the Ministry of Agriculture and Health.
