The project aims at the historical, symbolic and cultural enhancement and recovery of the rural village Piano del Conte through the transformation of the entire area into an innovative model of agricultural enterprise. Actions are planned for the rehabilitation of housing in the rural area, aimed at providing decent housing for citizens of foreign origin in the area, as well as interventions aimed at their social and labor integration, both through employment placement within farms in the area and through the creation of new businesses.
The revitalization of the village will also be pursued through productive and touristic interventions, the development of fair, mercantile and artistic initiatives capable of involving the cultures of the Mediterranean and the immigrants’ countries of origin.
