The overall goal of the project is to enhance the integral training received by the newly graduated students at the Agro-Ecological School “San Isidro Labrador” (CEASIL).




The specific objectives are:

  • Evaluate the experience of recent CEASIL graduates in the social, economic and professional fields;

  • Enhance technical, industrial and marketing skills for agricultural products;

  • To promote the entrepreneurial qualities of young recent graduates engaged in agricultural production at their farms;

  • Ensuring that each individual is accompanied toward his or her own professional development.


These, however, are the main activities:

  1. Implementation of monthly, two-day training sessions within the CEASIL premises, during which the following will be conducted
    workshops
     of technical and professional training;

  2. Each participant, at his or her own family farm, will receive a visit from project technicians in order to verify the implementation of production programs.
